一、服务说明 / 1. Service Description

Social Okay 是一个在线工具，允许用户根据关键词或标签抓取 Instagram 的公开帖子和 Reels 内容。我们不提供任何形式的数据存储或数据再分发，仅作为一个信息抓取与预览工具。

Social Okay is an online tool that allows users to extract or preview publicly visible Instagram posts and Reels using keywords or hashtags. We do not store or redistribute any data—our service only previews and extracts content for user-side viewing.

二、用户责任 / 2. User Responsibility

• 用户应确保其使用行为符合其所在国家或地区的法律法规（包括美国和中国）。
• 不得抓取或利用包含个人隐私、非公开账户内容、敏感政治或非法内容的数据。
• 对于因违反 Instagram 使用条款或所在国法律造成的后果，Social Okay 不承担任何法律责任。

• Users are responsible for ensuring that their usage complies with local laws and regulations (including the U.S. and China).
• You must not scrape or use data containing personal/private content, non-public accounts, politically sensitive, or otherwise unlawful material.
• Social Okay is not liable for any consequences arising from violations of Instagram's Terms of Use or local laws.

用户在使用 Social Okay 抓取内容时，应自行确认其行为是否符合 Instagram 的 robots.txt 文件和平台使用条款。我们不建议或授权用户进行违反第三方平台政策的行为。

When using Social Okay to scrape content, users must independently verify whether such actions comply with Instagram’s robots.txt file and Terms of Use. We do not encourage or authorize any use that violates third-party platform policies.

三、禁止用途 / 3. Prohibited Uses

• 商业再发布或销售抓取的数据；
• 自动化滥用抓取行为（例如刷量、恶意监控）；
• 使用本工具执行违法或欺诈性操作。
• 不得使用抓取结果进行人肉搜索、网络骚扰、诽谤或其他侵犯个人权益的行为。

• Commercial redistribution or resale of scraped data;
• Automated scraping abuse (e.g., spam, bot misuse);
• Any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious use of this tool.
• Using scraped data for doxxing, cyberbullying, defamation, or other personal rights violations is strictly prohibited.

四、免责声明 / 4. Disclaimer

本工具为“按现状”提供，可能随时变动或中止。我们不对因使用本平台而导致的账号封禁、数据丢失、法律争议等承担任何责任。

This tool is provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time. We are not responsible for account bans, data loss, or legal disputes resulting from use of our service.

下载数据限制 / Restrictions on Exported Data

下载数据仅限用户个人使用，包括学习、研究、数据分析。不得用于以下行为：

• 再销售、转发或公开展示；
